What are the performance of joint bearings?

Due to the completely different structural form and working mechanism from rolling bearings, joint bearings have their own technical characteristics and maintenance requirements.
1. Joint bearing operating temperature
The allowable working temperature of joint bearings is mainly determined by the matching materials between the sliding surfaces of the bearings, especially the plastic sliding surfaces of self-lubricating joint bearings, whose load-bearing capacity tends to decrease at high temperatures. When the sliding surface material of a lubricated joint bearing is paired with steel, its allowable working temperature depends on the allowable working temperature of the lubricant. But for all lubricated and self-lubricating joint bearings, they can be used within the temperature range of -30 ℃ to+80 ℃ and maintain the correct bearing capacity.
2. Joint bearing inclination angle
The inclination angle of joint bearings is much larger than that of general adjustable rolling bearings, making them suitable for use in support areas with low concentricity requirements. The inclination angle of joint bearings varies with the size, type, sealing device, and support form of the bearing structure. The inclination angle range of general radial joint bearings is 3 ° to 15 °, the inclination angle range of angular contact joint bearings is 2 ° to 3 °, and the inclination angle range of thrust joint bearings is 6 ° to 9 °.
3. Joint bearing fit
In any case, the fit selected for joint bearings shall not cause uneven deformation of the ring. The selection of fit properties and grades must be determined based on working conditions such as bearing type, support form, and load size.
4. Joint bearing loading and unloading
The loading and unloading of joint bearings should follow the following principles, that is, the force applied during assembly and disassembly cannot be directly transmitted through the spherical sliding surface. In addition, auxiliary loading and unloading tools such as sleeves, dismantling tools, etc. should be used to directly and evenly apply the external loading and unloading force to the matched ring, or to use auxiliary methods such as heating for unloaded loading and unloading.
5. Joint bearing installation
When assembling the joint bearing series, it is necessary to pay special attention to the position of the outer ring dividing surface. To avoid direct load on the dividing surface, it is necessary to maintain the dividing surface at right angles to the corresponding direction.
6. Joint bearing lubrication
When the speed generated by applying load and swinging motion is small, the oil fed joint bearing can operate without lubrication. Nevertheless, it is generally necessary to regularly replenish oil and grease. It is recommended to shorten the lubrication cycle appropriately during the initial installation and operation.
Oil free joint bearings can be used without lubrication. However, if lithium soap based grease is added before operation, the service life of the joint bearing can be further extended. If grease is injected into the space around the bearing, the joint bearing will be more effective in preventing the invasion of dust and foreign objects.

Auto parts refer to various parts used for automobile assembly, repair and maintenance, mainly including engines, transmissions, tires, braking systems, suspension systems, electronic equipment, etc. The quality of auto parts is directly related to the running performance and safety of the car, so it is very important to choose high-quality auto parts. In recent years, with the development of the automobile industry, the auto parts market has also continued to expand. At the same time, some Internet auto parts brands have emerged to provide a more convenient auto parts purchase experience through the integration of online and offline. When purchasing auto parts, it is necessary to choose the appropriate parts according to the specific needs of the model and parts, and pay attention to the brand, quality, price and other aspects.

Spherical bearing ring

A plain bearing ring is a mechanical element used to connect two components. It is usually made of materials such as metal or plastic, which is elastic and wear-resistant, and can withstand certain pressure and friction. The main function of the joint bearing ring is to maintain the relative position and stability of the two components, and to absorb and reduce the vibration and impact between the two components.

Cylindrical Roller Bearing Rings

Cylindrical roller bearing rings are one of the indispensable parts of cylindrical roller bearings. Their main function is to provide support between the inner and outer rings of cylindrical roller bearings and ensure the normal operation of the rollers. This article will introduce the cylindrical roller bearing ring in detail from the following three aspects. 1. The structure and types of cylindrical roller bearing rings

Deep groove ball bearing rings

1. Under normal conditions, the efficiency of rolling bearings is equivalent to that of hydrodynamic lubricated bearings, but higher than that of mixed lubricated bearings; 2. The radial clearance is relatively small, and the radial angular contact bearing can be preloaded and preloaded to eliminate the clearance, and the running accuracy is high; 3. For the shaft diameter of the same size, the width of the rolling bearing is smaller than that of the sliding bearing, which can make the axial structure of the machine compact; 4. Most rolling bearings can bear radial and axial loads at the same time, so the bearing combination structure is simple; 5. Less lubricant consumption, easy to seal and easy to maintain 6. No need for useful non-ferrous metals:

Shaft sleeve inspection rules

1. Appearance quality The surface of the sample should have no bubbles, no burrs, no deformation, uniform material, and no irritating smell. 2. Size (1) Relevant dimensions tested with a vernier caliper shall comply with relevant technical and drawing requirements. (2) After the shaft sleeve is matched with the shaft, the rotor is vertically downward, and the shaft sleeve will not slide freely under the action of its own weight.

Cross roller

Cross roller is a type of bearing that uses cross arranged rollers to simultaneously withstand radial, thrust, and torque loads, with high accuracy, high stiffness, and long service life. The application range of cross roller bearings is very wide, such as industrial robots, automation equipment, precision instruments, and other fields.
